Our company, with the total assets of 1.8 billion Yuan, has developed six subsidiaries: Xinyuantai Steel Pipe Group Co., Ltd., Xinyuantai Steel Pipe Group Julong Co., Ltd., Hebei Litonglian Seamless Steel Pipe Co., Ltd., Jinruiman (Beijing) International Investment Co., Ltd., Cangzhou Xinyuantai Warehousing and Transportation Co., Ltd. and Cangzhou Litonglian Warehousing and Transportation Co., Ltd.

Our group covers an area of 800,000 square meters, including 128,000 square meters of workshops. Our group has 1 ERW steel pipe production line, 8 flying-welding submerged arc spiral steel pipe production lines, 1 hot-rolled seamless steel pipe production line and 1 heat treatment production line. Our main products are SSAW, ERW and seamless steel pipes. Our pipe varieties include long term land transportation pipes, seabed oil transportation spiral pipes, gas transportation ERW and SSAW pipes, casing and coupling pipes, oil pipelines, oil cracking tubes, high pressure boiler tubes, cylinder tubes, high pressure chemical fertilizer pipes, hydraulic pillar tubes and automobile axle tubes. The application fields of our products are petroleum, natural gas, aerospace, shipbuilding, coal, chemical, automobile manufacture, etc. Our pipes have been used in many national Large-scale key projects, such as CNPC, CSIC, South-to-North Water Diversion, West-East Gas Transmission, Henan Luoyang Xiaolangdi, Beijing-Shanghai High-Speed Railway, etc. Our quality products are widely welcomed and highly applauded by both domestic and overseas customers. While serving the domestic market, we are committed to exploring the overseas market. Our products are successfully sold to the Middle East, Southeast Asia, South & North America, Russia, and so on.

Our group has a total annual production capacity of 950,000 metric tons and a total production value of 6.1 billion Yuan, with 600,000 metric tons of SSAW pipes, OD 219-2220mm, thickness 4.5mm-25.4mm, steel grade Q235-X100; 100,000 metric tons of ERW pipes, OD 159mm-406mm, thickness 6mm-14mm, steel grade Q235-X60; 250,000 metric tons of Precision seamless steel pipes, OD 133mm-508mm, thickness 5mm-35mm, steel grade 20#-N8-J55-P110. The capacity of our heat treatment production line is 120,000 metric tons (80,000 metric tons only for pipelines). Our group is one of the few professional companies in the field of ERW, SSAW and seamless pipes and heat treatment in China.

Advanced production technologies, perfect testing equipment and strict process control ensure our quality reliability and stability. Our group has successively obtained such certificates as Manufacture License of Special Equipment of the People's Republic of China, API Spec 5L & API Spec 5CT Monogram certificate, ISO9001:2000 International Quality System certificate, OHMS18001:1999 Occupational Health and Safety Management System certificate and ISO14001:2004 Environmental Management System certificate. We became the qualified supplier for Purchasing Department (Energy No.1. net) of CNPC in 2007 and we are also the qualified supplier for Sinopec.
